Airclippy complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that we believe in good faith to be infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Airclippy, please notify us immediately. This includes but is not limited to:

• Statement of accuracy. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that content you uploaded to Airclippy was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Airclippy reserves the right, in its discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

By using Airclippy, you agree that you will not upload, share, or otherwise make available any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to share any content on our platform.

Airclippy cannot monitor all content uploaded by users. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content and are not responsible for verifying the copyright status of material shared through our service. However, we will promptly respond to valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action to remove infringing content.
